Lace in clothes looks very elegant and original. Even a small finish with this material can transform the most modest outfit and at the same time give its owner a unique charm.
1. Place the lace braid on the front side of the part and sew on both sides with a straight line to the edge.
2. Cut the fabric under the braid
3. Iron sections of the fabric onto the main part.
4. Stitch the edges of the braid along the front side with a narrow, tight zigzag seam (length approx. 1, width approx. 2). You can use the edge of the sewing foot for this operation.
5. From the inside, protrude tissue sections carefully trim as close to the stitch as possible. I use small scissors with rounded blades for this
.
6. Iron the finished part.
In this way, you can sew not only lace braid, but also make lace applications on the details of the product.
