One of the most sought-after actresses of our time shared with readers of BURDA magazine her thoughts on fashion, the secrets of attractiveness, and also confessed to her long-standing love for needlework.
I have known BURDA magazine since childhood. My mother and grandmother sewed, and I can knit myself, and it’s very good: both crochet and knitting. And I can embroider. I'm generally "good hands"!Ingeborg, how do you feel about hand-made? Maybe you have a favorite DIY item?
You know, in Soviet times we sewed and knitted, because there was nothing! To make a bag from old jeans, and to make handles from a belt to a bag - it was cool! Now for me, needlework is the same creativity. When I played in Chicago, I had a lot of time. The performance went on for three months, and I tied it all to a hat, the models turned out for all times - summer, winter ... And once I tied a hat to a friend, attached a tag for laughs and embroidered a hooligan word on it in Latin letters. Lent vilify. And now I’m sitting in a cafe, a frightened guard comes up: “Ingeborga, then someone forgot a hat ... I think it’s not yours ?!” And it’s funny for me: "No, why, mine!"
Do you follow the latest fashion trends? What clothes do you prefer?
I love the clothes that suit me. It’s great if it’s also fashionable. But fashion is such a strange thing ... Here comes the season, and nothing catches the eye. And there is a season - and I want to buy everything! This is probably just my mood.
Do you have any favorite designers? Who picks up your wardrobe?
The brand of clothing that I prefer is Bosco. Beautiful stylists work there who attend all world shows. I advise them that suits me better.
Please share your personal beauty secrets. Your charming smile can conquer anyone!
I never set goals to win the hearts of men. Since childhood, I have been "my boyfriend" for everyone. Amorous matters did not stand in my first place. It’s interesting to play basketball, to participate in athletics or chemistry competitions. And the boys ... in last place. And now I want to learn everything around: read books on philosophy, world history, popular science. I’m never bored with myself!Ingeborg, why did you agree to work with L'Oreal Paris?
I have known this brand for many years. I like that she has a huge range of products from which everyone can choose for himself what suits him. For me, L'Oreal Paris is a combination of glamor, classic and innovation.
Wish something to the readers of the magazine BURDA ...
Once they asked a very old woman: "What is needed for happiness?" She replied: "Crochet!" So I wish that your hobby necessarily brought you happiness.
