A great desire, patience, talent, a serious attitude to the cause and, of course, faith in herself and her strength led Vika to victory. The award was held in a solemn, but at the same time in a cozy atmosphere in the publishing house "Burda". Anastasia Derbentseva, publisher of Burda magazine in Russia handed Victoria a diploma of the winner and well-deserved prizes - a sewing machine and a certificate from a jewelry house. Vika was congratulated Burda magazine editor-in-chief Marianna Makarova, burdastyle.ru editor-in-chief Elena Karpova, as well as other employees from the editorial board of the magazine and website. But these were not all congratulations ...Each of the users of our site for a long and not quite time spent at burdastyle.ru made virtual friends of interest, and simply because they agreed on the characters. But it’s one thing to communicate via the Internet, another thing is to meet and chat “live”. We found out from Victoria who of the members of the forum she would like to meet with, and we invited to the publishing house to shoot Larisa Rak (freda), Elena Nemchinova (Nemchilena) and Alevtina Zolotova (AlevtinaZ)that was a pleasant surprise for Victoria. She was glad to meet everyone firsthand. Girls actively communicated. Ahead, Vika was waiting for the shooting, but I wanted to say, find out and ask so much all at once. Not a minute was missed. Between the change of images during the photo session, we talked about everything. Supported and encouraged Vika. The filming process is quite stressful and complicated. It is good that Vika knows him from both sides - both as a photographer and as a model. The feeling of a large and friendly family did not leave our winner throughout the day. Victoria had the warmest impressions of meeting with Burda. Everything was interesting and enthusiastic. "I was especially struck by the friendly and close-knit team, in the atmosphere of which such a wonderful magazine was born! For which there is a special gratitude and a deep bow!", - Victoria Repkina.


Vika is an open, positive and purposeful girl. He knows what he wants and is not afraid of difficulties. She was pleased to talk about herself and her other hobby, which later became her favorite work.
As a little girl, Vika often stayed with her grandmothers, who were craftswomen and needlewomen. Mom’s mother sewed and knitted, and even wove carpets, one of them was Vika’s favorite. On this carpet, flowers were depicted on a black background, similar motifs Vika last year noticed in the collections of D & G. Mom’s dad liked to sew and knit, and she also embroidered very beautifully, and at home on the mezzanines lay incredibly beautiful napkins with embroidery. When Vika was with her, she often asked how this was done, and grandmother, noticing the interest of her granddaughter, began to teach her embroidery, knitting and sewing.
Later in technology lessons, in high school, where they taught sewing basics, Vika decided to sew something from Burda magazine, but for herself. The first Wikin magazine is Burda 8/1999.
During her studies, Vika sewed little, due to the high workload, but after studying, having got a job and starting to earn money on her own, the sewing world became more accessible for her. And the free time for the implementation of all ideas has become noticeably greater.
Vika met our site by chance back in 2009, having seen his advertisement not even in Burda magazine. Her first photos on the photo forum of the old site are top, model 116 from Burda 10/2004 and skirt model 111 from Burda 2/2008.
Victoria's work on our photo forum is distinguished by diversity and sensual flavor. She skillfully selects models that are perfect for her.Everything is thought out in her images, from fabric to accessories and shoes. As a result, there are wonderful works and professional photographs in which Vika looks like a real model. And this is no coincidence.
Since childhood, Vick has been attracted to creativity, except for sewing and embroidery, she still really liked to draw. In addition, Vika is interested in photography: "In fact, this is also drawing, but not with brushes and paints, but with the light that the camera captures!"
Oddly enough, the impetus for this hobby was ordinary traffic jams. When, instead of racing along the freeway, you have to stand in a long line for hours. And then you involuntarily begin to examine what is happening around until the next horn signal of the car standing behind, to make another half-meter step with wheels on the way to the destination.
Since 2009, Vika took a great interest in photography. Semi-professional SLR cameras appeared on the technology market, which aroused great interest in Victoria. Then she bought herself this new product, and in order to make it easier to understand a difficult device, she began attending a photo school! Having mastered the initial skills, Vika began to attend various workshops of famous photographers, where she drew for herself not only new knowledge, but also inspiration. At work, many knew about Vicki's hobby and asked to take a picture. After several successful work, she began to be recommended as a photographer. And then the usual hobby grew into something more.
Today Vika is engaged in photography professionally and works for herself. She intuitively feels people, their mood, sees their happiness and inner beauty. All this, every little thing that is elusive to the human eye, that we miss in gray everyday life, we lose in everyday life and bustle, it captures in its incredibly incomparable works. “It all depends on the light. If you take pictures in the room, you can be sure to choose a room that’s well and evenly lit, for example, for shooting in an apartment. Where to put your hands ... It’s best to practice posing by the mirror, or see photos in magazines. Try to be as natural as possible in front of the camera. And most importantly - pictures taken in the wake of good mood and inspiration will definitely look more advantageous! "
Victoria has a dream - a film camera: “The process of taking pictures with him is a kind of mystery where you need to be able to do everything slowly and not chase the number of frames, which is an undeniable plus in modern cameras. With film cameras, you take pictures, weighing and calculating every step you take, since it is strictly dependent on "what kind of film is in the camera, how many frames are there, what kind of photosensitivity does it have, what weather conditions are all much more complicated, but that's why it is more interesting!"
